Sheath cleaning containers and sheath cleaners
Since bond residues will build up between the knife and the sheath during the cutting of window bonding, the knife has be removed from the sheath and both have to be thoroughly cleaned.
That's why we recommend using our ESC780 cleaning container and our SCS775 sheath cleaner, which are very efficient.
To have an optimum cleaning, have bond residues softened during the night.
BE CAREFUL: too many residues between the knife and the sheath can put excess strain on the drive unit.
Moreover, mechanic and electrical damage could result from this!!!
